The Pentecost Hall is an immersive 360° work of art that represents the Jewish Feast of Shavuot and the first Christian Pentecost at the Cenacle at Mt. Zion. Such a gathering for Shavuot would be the norm as Jewish people traveled to Jerusalem for centuries to give thanks for the harvest first fruit

About the event

purpose

The Pentecost Hall Project is intended to welcome pilgrims into immersive art as they come to pray, learn, and experience the Holy Spirit.

Additionally, the Pentecost Hall Project will:

  • Help develop and preserve Christian art in the Holy Land by inspiring locals to continue producing religious art in the Holy City of Jerusalem.

  • Allow pilgrims in the Holy Land to better understand the Holy Spirit’s presence within the Apostles and to help bring to life the Pentecost experience.
  • Foster unity, respect, and understanding between faiths highlighting Christianity’s Jewish roots and portraying the coming of the Holy Spirit when all Christians were united.
  • Provide a safe and peaceful space available for prayer, worship, and other events as requested.
