Our terms and conditions for reservations are as follows:

1. Individuals: a nonrefundable deposit for the first night
2. Groups: a nonrefundable deposit of $1000.00 per bus

+ All payments for reservations should be paid two months in advance of the arrival date.

+ We reserve the right to put a group on the  waiting list if the deposit is not paid on time, considering the arrival of the group uncertain.

+ All our rates are ‘net’, not commissionable.

+ Rates can be changed without prior notice.
